Introduction:

The Ailsa team were on site conducting a ‘Motion Amplification’ and thermographic survey of a fan extraction system at a recycling plant.

The fan survey was completed in good time, so the client allowed us access to further plant, switchboards, and machinery to demonstrate the technologies we use.

What Was Achieved:

The client replaced the hatch seals on all three doors the following week. Fuel usage was then monitored and compared to the previous weekly average usage.

The client calculated a £15,000+ saving and a temperature drop around the hatches.
