We offer temporary or permanent power quality monitoring that is installed at the switchboard or from the machines supply.

From here we can monitor, trend and report on the supply quality, harmonics, machine load and efficiency.

Using complex algorithms the system can also look at the machine and applications bearing condition, alignment, unbalance, foundations, rubbing or slip.

Due to the system knowing all of the electrical power, harmonics, power factor and the mechanical looses it can then calculate how much energy is wasted from all of the losses, making decision making easier when deciding whether or not an application is worth overhauling or not.

This technology is perfect for highly critical or difficult to access machines, for example, submersible pump systems, cooling tower fans or restricted access areas as all results are taken from the control panel or switch room.
